Please note, the deadline to register is Monday, April 5 at 11:59 pm.

Who can participate? Anyone, anywhere in the world! Our Not Your Ordinary Ruck4HIT Challenge Weekend allows you to participate individually or as a team. While participants traditionally wear a weighted rucksack during the event, we’re allowing you to decide exactly how you want to challenge yourself this year. During last fall’s virtual Ruck4HIT, we had teams and individuals:

  • Run, walk, rollerblade, and bike, with or without a rucksack
  • Hike mountains in New Hampshire
  • Kayak, swim, and Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP)
  • Golf 54 straight holes at Cummaquid Golf Club

The great part about this year’s Ruck4HIT is YOU get to choose exactly how, where and when you will participate.

For those who want to safely experience the competitiveness and camaraderie of the traditional Ruck4HIT, you’re in luck. We’ve received permission from the Town of Mashpee to have a base camp at Heritage Park in Mashpee, where teams will be stationed over the course of the weekend.

All funds raised will go to support Heroes In Transition’s programs for individuals currently serving, veterans, and military families in our region. Click here to learn more about our programs.
