Mission: To build a community of self-aware, confident and empowered females through an integrated program of mind, body and spirit.
This on-going 4 week program incorporates concepts, methods and principles from Yoga, Meditation and Reike. This is a FREE program. The benefits of this program include but not limited to sleep regulation, stress reduction, and stimulating creativity. Participants will leave this program with new knowledge of self-care and coping skills.
